Submission Guidelines
- Your post should be story-driven and have a strong biblical principle as the takeaway. Make it personal, have a “me too” moment with the reader. Make sure you tell us what you learned, not someone else’s story. TRF ministries is a group of women with relatability. So, make your writing relatable. - Your post must be centered around a Bible scripture reference. Please have that scripture quoted in the writing as well as the translation you used.
- We prefer only original posts that have not been published anywhere else (even your personal blog) However, if you would like to submit a post already published, we will consider using it. Please disclose to us upon submission if your writing is not an original, as original posts will be considered first.
- Please read our Mission of Faith statement before submitting. In submitting a writing, you are agreeing to our Mission of Faith. Mission of Faith- About Us – The Round Farmhouse Ministries
- There are two types of writings we are looking for:
- Coffee & Convictions– A daily devotional published on our IG and Facebook accounts every week day at 6am EST. It’s a 500 or less word count. Visit our accounts for examples: The Round Farmhouse Ministries | Facebook and The Round Farmhouse Ministries (@theroundfarmhouseministries) • Instagram photos and videos
- Blog Posts– Posted every Saturday on our blog and featured on our social media outlets. A 500 to 1000 word count.
- All pronouns referring to God should be capitalized.
- Not all submissions are accepted. Acceptance is based on availability and proposed content.
- We will edit your writings to fit the format used for the above post types.
- Please submit your name and a 2-3 sentence bio when submitting your writing to us.
If Your Post is Accepted
If accepted, all guest writers are required to share their post on The Round Farmhouse Ministries site with their following and check in to respond to comments on the blog or social media (depends on which writing you submit). If you could please check in once or twice during the first couple of days and then again after a week, we would appreciate it. Also be willing to share the post with your following. It would be greatly appreciated if you could post and share about it as well as share another post or two from our website. We are all in this together and we believe in helping each other grow our ministries in Christ.

In the subject line please put whether this writing is intended for Coffee & Convictions (under 500 word count) OR as a blog post (500 to 1000 word count) Example: Subject- Coffee & Convictions
You will be notified via email within one week of submission with an acceptance or rejection of your writing. If accepted, we will also give you a date in which your writing will be published with us.
